The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Colorado River Agency, is requesting bids to include all labor, materials, tools equipment and supplies required to provide substation transformer maintenance for seven (7) substations currently under the jurisdiction of the Agency. This will include but not be limited to: 1. inspecting, testing, cleaning, and repairing of any leaks in nine (9) power transformers; 2. inspect, clean, filter oil, and test four oil circuit breakers; 3. inspect, clean, exercise, lubricate, adjust, and measure contact resistance on numerous circuit switches; 4. inspect, clean, adjust, and verify proper operation of the power system SCADA system radios; 5. using the SCIPAR portable test unit perform overall test on six (6) remote terminal units; 6. inspect, clean, and perform overall test on 16 Cooper form 4C reclosers and controllers; 7. inspect, clean, test, and verify proper operation of six (6) Schlumberer polyphase meters; 8. inspect, clean, test seven (7) single-phase voltage regulations; 9. and provide a final report with test results, observations, and recommendations; as detailed in the technical specifications.
