Services are for the period 10/1/98 through September 30, 2000. All affirmative responses must be in writing, must be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show compliance to all the above requirements, and must be received within 10 calendar days of this notice. If no affirmative written response is received within 10 days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable services are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining the service through the proposed contractor, a sole-source award will be made.
