LOW OBSERVABLES AND COUNTERMEASURES CONFERENCE The Association of Old Crows (AOC) and the National Defense Industrial Association will present a Low Observables (LO) and Countermeasures (CM) Conference August 18-20, 1998 at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. The conference will be at the Secret, U.S. Only classification level. Co-chairmen for the conference are Dr. Stanley Alterman, Alterman Associates, and William Delaney, MIT Lincoln Laboratory. The conference will provide a forum for exchanging information and advancing ideas to enhance aircraft survivability through the complementary application of LO/CM technologies. This event will expand on a 1996 symposium, "The Impact of Low Observable Technology on Aircraft Survivability." This conference focuses on LO and CM technologies as a cost-effective approach to enhancing aircraft combat survivability. Keynote speakers will include Lt Gen Frank B.
