The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNS), a wholly-owned Government Corporation intends to award a contract(s) to a qualified vendor(s) who can provide training materials and training as follows: (1) 360 Leadership Assessment Survey Instrument for Managerial Strengths and Development Needs for people who supervise; (2) Leadership Assessment Survey Instrument for Managerial Strengths and Development Needs for support staff who have managerial potential; (3) Leadership Training Materials for National Service Executives Based on a Developed Model(s), Theory(ies) and Process(es) to include topics such as supervisory skills, group facilitation skills, change management, vision skills, and Strategic planning, etc. (4) Custom Certification Training and Certification of In-house Trainers session on the materials listed in items 1 through 3 that provides a comprehensive learning experience and resulting in certification of in-house trainers to train National Service leaders; (5) Leadership Training Materials for National Service Executives Based on a Developed Model(s), Theory(ies) and Process(es) for Change Management; (6) Custom Certification Training and Certification (if necessary) of In-house Trainers session on the materials listed in items 5 that provides a comprehensive learning experience and resulting in certification of in-house trainers to train National Service leaders and (7) Certified Trainers to provide training on the materials listed in items 1 through 3 and 5 above, not to exceed 10 days, for the National Service Leadership Institute's training programs to be held February 21, 1999 through November 30, 1999.
