Subcontractor shall furnish all equipment, personnel, facilities, materials, management, supervision, and services necessary to operate and maintain an uninterrupted commuter bus transportation system and charter bus service between Las Vegas, Nevada and points within the Nevada Test Site (NTS)(NTS is 65 miles one-way from Las Vegas on a 4 lane highway, areas within the NTS are 2 lane roads, up to 47 miles one-way to some drop off locations). Services will require approximately thirty 46-passenger or greater over-the-road type motor coaches. A minimum of eight will be equipped with internal public address systems, video cassette players, and video monitors. A minimum of two motor coaches equipped with internal public address systems, video cassette players, and video monitors will be available, upon request, to transport persons with disabilities. There is no total minimum or maximum seating capacity nor configuration specified for these two buses. Period of performance: July 1, 1999 -- June 30, 2002, plus 2 one-year options.
