The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNS), a wholly-owned Government Corporation intends to award a contract(s) to a qualified vendor(s) who can provide (1) meeting space, (2) sleeping accommodations, (3) audio visual needs, (4) transportation, and (5) food and refreshments for attendees at the various training classes to be held in CNS Clusters from February 21, 1999 through November 30, 1999. The areas of consideration are: Southwestern Cluster: Greater Albuquerque/Santa Fe, NM; Greater Kansas City and Greater Denver, CO areas; Pacific Cluster: Metro San Francisco area; Atlantic Cluster: Greater Philadelphia; Hudson River Valley and the Greater Washington, DC areas; Southern Cluster: Greater Martinsburg, W. VA; Greater Atlanta, GA; and the Greater Charlotte, NC areas; North Central Cluster: Greater Milwaukee, WI; Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN and the Greater Chicago, IL areas. The Locations shall be near (60 miles or less) an airport hub with transportation to the training facility.In addition, the facility must be in close proximity to a variety of options for meals for participants when they are on their own time.
