Y -- EXTERIOR RESTORATION OF EDISON GARAGE SOL 1443FB-1940-98-001 DUE 083198 POC Contact Delores Thompson-Gad, Contracting Officer, or Magalie Neptune, Contract Specialist The National Park Service requires a contractor to provide services for the restoration of the Edison Garage. The Garage is located on the grounds of Glenmont National Historic Site, Lewellen Park, New Jersey. Principal features of work include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) Concrete Restoration: Selective removal and patching of deteriorated and failing sections of decorative portions on the exterior of the historic Edison Garage. 2) Stucco Restoration: Isolated repair of exterior stucco on smooth planes and textured surfaces of the historic Edison Garage 3) Exterior Painting: Preparation and painting of the exterior facades following successful restoration of concrete work. 4) Roof Rehabilitation: Modification to the existing EPDM roof in order to raise the parapet flashing at the inside wall and terminate, with mechanical fasters, at the parapet cap.
