Cooling towers are to be demolished and air-cooled chillers installed in their place. Existing wood screen fence shall be used where possible. New wood screen fencing shall be provided where necessary. Mulitple, screw-type chillers are preferred. Chillers inside buildings shall be demolished without damage to the buildings. Chiller pumps shall be replaced. Magnitude of project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Duration of the project is 600 calendar days. THIS IS AN UNRETRICTED PROCUREMENT.
