PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The United States Property & Fiscal Office for Tennessee has a requirement to "Repair the HVAC System, Building 721" for the Tennessee Air National Guard, Nashville International Airport, Nashville, TN. Work includes, but is not limited to replacement of the existing gas/fuel oil fired hot water boilers, forced air heating systems and CFC equipped air conditioning systems with new energy efficient and environmentally friendly systems. Repair includes improvements to the air handling and control system, maintenance includes necessary adjustments to the existing piping system, and alteration includes the installation of new boiler non-CFC air conditioning compressors. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A non-refundable certified check or money order (NO COMPANY CHECKS) in the amount of $80.00, made payable to the US Treasury is required for plans and specifications.
