The project is to Renovate Warehouses 3 approximately 50,000 square feet to a Gas Cylinder Refurbishment Processing Plant, which includes the renovation of offices and construction of three new additions, approximately 6,000 square feet, loading dock ramps, entrance canopy, and E.P.D,M, roof. The Gas Cylinder Refurbishment Processing Plant includes a Semi-Down draft paint spray booth, two sound booths for cylinder internal cleaning and sandblasting, 28 refurbishment equipment with their installation, 20 workstations and utility service connections guardrail and air conditioning of the Reclamation area. Also involved is to Renovate Warehouse 4 approximately 22,000 square feet to office space, which also includes an auction room, security cage, entrance canopy and dock leveler. The renovation and construction involves carpentry, paint, steel doors, wood doors, ceramic tile, acoustic ceilings, resilient floors, carpet, wall coverings, signage, cabinets, plumbing, HVAC, sprinklers, interior/exterior electric, telecommunications, fire alarm system and all other related work. Magnitude of project is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Duration of the project is 420 calendar days. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. SIC Code 1542 applies.
