The work will be performed in various locations throughout central and southern Illinois, but is not limited to this geographical area. The Government reserves the right to add additional locations. It is the Government's intention to make award for three (3) or more identical contracts. However, the Government does reserve the right to make a single award. The contract period will be a 24 month base period with three one-year options. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrialization Code (SIC) is 1542 with a size standard of $17 million. The cost range is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A subcontracting plan will be required for award(s) made to large business concerns. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 26, 1998.
