The following changes are made to the original CDB notice for this requirement: the code for this requirement is revised from Y- Construction of Structures and Facilities to Z-Maintenance, Repair and Alteration of Real Property; the Standard Industrial Classification Code is revised from 1542 to 1799; the Electric Bid Set (EBS) availability date is changed from 7 Jul 98 to 7 Aug 98. As a result of the SIC code change above, the average annual receipts amount is changed from $17 million to $7 million. All other information, except as noted above, is as follows: Demolition and removal of dumbwaiter car, track, doors, controls and miscellaneous hardware; installation of a vertical and horizontal cable tray system. Work also includes installation of access doors and floor grating at each interstitial level; restoration of 2-hour rated shaft wall assemblies where the 2-hour rating has been compromisedby the removal of dumbwaiter-related equipment. AVAILABILITY: The solicitation for this project will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD ROM ONLY. EBS Disks will be available on or about 7 Aug 98 at no charge per disk.
