The Navy requires a quantity of one each Simplified Driver (SDR) Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) Modulator and one option quantity of 3 each, in accordance with (IAW) 83 AEGS SPC 19 0682 (No Revision) TWT Life Test Modulator and NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane Statement of Work. These modulators are required for use in the AEGIS SPY-1 System. F.O.B. Destination, NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane IN terms apply with inspection at Source and final acceptance at Destination. Delivery shall commence within 365 days after the effective date of the contract for the first unit. Option units are required to be delivered within 180 days after exercise of option.
