The work to be performed consists of earthwork and construction of approximately 3,035 LF of earthen dike, 3,725 LF of rock dike, and 660 LF of rock revetment adjacent to Lake Audubon's shoreline. The estimated price range of the work is $100,001 to $500,000. The work is located on the southeast side of Lake Audubon, one mile northwest of the McClusky Canal head works. The bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for September 18, 1998, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Dakotas Area Office, 304 East Broadway Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota. The contract is to be completed by March 15, 1999. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation, additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each.
