This synopsis is issued so that interested parties may be made aware of potential subcontracting opportunities with the Spaulding & Slye Company. This requirement is under the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code number 7349, size standard $12.0 million. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solelywithin the discretion of the Government.
