The Television-Audio Support Activity intends to procure the following items: CLIN 0001 -- 10 each SERVER UPGRADE, VIDEO; HEWLETT-PACKARD 'MEDIASTREAM' MODEL E2524B OPTIONS 020 AND 041; ADDS ADDITIONAL 1 EA 4;2:0 VIDEO OUTPUT WITH 4-CHANNEL AUDIO AND APPROXIMATELY 18 HOURS OF DISK STORAGE CAPACITY TO SERVER; ODETICS INC P/N E2524B OPTS 20/41; CLIN 0002 -- 1 job SERVICES NON-PERSONAL; EQUIPMENT UPGRADE INSTALLATION AND ONE DAY TRAINING, ON-SITE; INSTALLATION OF ODETICS 020 DISK STORAGE AND 040 OUTPUT CHANNEL UPGRADES FOR HEWLETT-PACKARD E2524B 'MEDIASTREAM' VIDEO SERVER; ODETICS INC P/N (NONE). Standard commercial warranty is required. Date of delivery is 30 days or better after award for CLIN 0001 and 45 days or better after award for CLIN 0002. Ship to is March AFB, CA. The Government anticipates negotiating and entering into a contract on a sole sources basis with Odetics Inc, 1859 S Manchester Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802-2907 in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(a)(5), the only source reasonably available. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation is lowest priced, technically acceptable and past performance.
