CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR
INSTRUMENTATION POWER SUPPLIES FOR F18. Companies shall acknowledge all
amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official
amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be
issued. The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions
submitted and to modify the synopsis as follows: This is a BRAND NAME
OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT: Part Numbers listed are from Power Supply. Equal
brands shall meet the following salient characteristics: 1. P/N
FD-5.5-25.0 -- SERIES REGULATED AC-DC MODULAR POWER SUPPLIES FOR
