This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to provide support for the planning and initial development of a proposed Global Conference on Universities and the disadvantaged. The Contractor shall develop a list of invited participants, prepare and mail the preliminary brochures, plan the agenda, and distribute materials to attendees. At the conclusion of the conference, the Contractor shall prepare a final Administrative Report including an evaluation by the participants. The period of performance for this project is 12 months. The University of Arizona is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
