The work will include technical reviews, analyses, research, surveys and audits, site assistance visits and evaluations in the areas of nuclear safety and operation experience, assistance in preparation of presentations and conducting and hosting workshops, editing, graphics, and preparation of program and management planning and support documentation. Access to classified material will be involved and the Contractor must have or be capable of being granted appropriate security clearances. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The applicable SIC code is 8744 and the size standard is $5.0 million. A Fixed-Rate, Fixed-Fee, Labor-Hour contract is contemplated for one twelve month base period (40,920 direct productive laborhours) and three twelve month options (40,920 direct productive labor hours each).
