The work will include supporting the development and maintenance of all intra- and inter-office management systems; technical and physical protection assistance in support of the preparation and delivery of security awareness briefings; providing technical and administrative assistance in support of Headquarters personnel security activities; support in establishing, developing and promulgating policy, procedures and standards concerning Personnel Security and Personnel Security Assurance programs; and research and assistance in special national security topics. Access to classified material will be involve and the Contractor must have or be capable of being granted appropriate security clearances. This acquisition is restricted to small, disadvantaged businesses and the applicable SIC code is 8741 with a size standard of $3.5 million. A single Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Level-of-Effort contract is contemplated with one twelve month base period (33,763 direct productive labor hours) and four twelve month options (33,763 direct productive labor hours each).
