This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued for the procurement entitled, "Alternative Dispute Resolution Support Services and Training". This solicitation number F49642-98-R-0168 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will result in an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite- Delivery type contract with CLINS for materials and travel for a one-year base period, with four one-year options. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 98-C-09. This acquisition is being procured on a Full and Open Competitive basis and is open to eligible companies pursuant to FAR 6.102. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8999. Basis for award: Contract award will be based upon a "Best Value" approach permitting the government to have tradeoffs and to accept other than the lowest priced proposal. This may result in multiple awards, but no more than three awards will result from this solicitation. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
