Constructing and maintaining temporary diversion and protective works for diversion and care of stream during construction; b. Removing water from work areas; c. clearing and grubbing to remove vegetation and trash from work areas; excavation of river channel to restore gradient; and furnishing and placing geotextile, sand and gravel for riprap bedding, and rock riprap to construct gradient structure. The price range of the work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Award will be made pursuant to the "Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program."
