Herchak, Contracting Officer The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials necessary be provided for the Greenhouse Siding and Bench Replacement at the USDA, ARS, Beneficial Insects Introduction Research Unit in Newark, Delaware. Work includes the removal and disposal of non-friable asbestos greenhouse siding and bench top and trim. Siding is to be replaced with fiberglass siding and benches are to be replaced with all metal materials. The estimated cost of construction is under $100,000. This project must be completed within 120 days of receipt of the notice to proceed.
