Description: The work required shall consist of, installation of new air handling units and fans, modification of existing air handling units and fans, modification of existing walls and doorways to facilitate exchange of units and accomodate increased outside air quantities, new and modified ductwork and modifications to chiled water system. Removal of existing chilled water booster pumps, air and water balance and provide temporary HVAC while units are changed. Performance period is 279 calendar days. Tenative date of issue is 04 Aug 98. Tenative Bid Opening date is 04 Sep 98. Acquisition set-aside is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns.
