Furnish all labor material and equipment necessary to Rehab by replacement, the south hangar doors at Group Astoria. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: (A) Disconnect electrical power supplies and control of existing hangar doors to the nearest disconnection point; (B) Remove and dispose of existing rails and hangar doors. (C) Replace bottom rails; (D) Replace motorized hangar doors and accessories, and reconnect to existing electrical power supplies and controls; (E) Provide new personnel doors with the hangar doors; and (F) Prepare and paint interior and exterior of hangar doors and frame, and electrical and mechanical enclosures. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $20.
