Postal Service is soliciting proposals to construct a new battery room and repair the area at the Boston, MA Processing & Distribution Center at 25 Dorchester Ave. Work includes, but is not limited to, structural/architectural, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other related work. The estimated cost of the work is between $800,000.00 and $1,200,000.00, with completion within one hundred ten (110) calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on August 21, 1998. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
