The work of this project consists of, but is not limited to: General exterior masonry repairs, including the selective removal and reinstallation of deteriorated cast stone veneer units and brick masonry units at the north and east elevations of the Riis Park stable. Replacement of deteriorated ferrous lintels at the masonry openings as shown on the drawings. Rehabilitation of the existing membrane roof. Removal and replacement of window infill with new windows in selected locations. The solicitation will be available on or about August 10, 1998 until supply is exhausted.
