This announcement constitutes the only quote; quotations are being requested and a written quote will not be issued. Number DAKF57-98-Q-0226 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. This procurement is issued as 100 percent set-aside for small business (SB) concerns. If adequate response is not received from SB concerns, the quote will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
