Service to be required: (1) On site full service maintenance contract on government owned equipemnt to include all parts, labor, transportation and unlimited corrective maintenance calls. Item: VISX Star Excimer Laser System, Serial number: 3131, Period of performance: 1998 Oct 01 to 1999 Sep 30. Technicains must be trained, certified and authorized to repair the equipment.
