Contractor shall provide the following Software Upgrades: Ansoft Non-Linear Wireless Design Suite with Phase Noise (w/1 year maintenance), Serenade Layout Version S, Serenade Schematic Capture, MaxwellS1 Strata with Eminence (bundled), Series IV Ansoft Non-Linear Wireless Design Suite with Phase Noise software. The Government over the past 4 years has contracted for the design and fabrication of high frequency solid state parts with MAFET program. MAFET is a consortium of manufacturers who made use of these design tools in partnership with Government engineers to design and fabricate state of the art high frequency parts. The design tools used are currently out of date. These tools will be returned to the Government and can only be used until September 1998. This award is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Ansoft Corporation, Pittsburgh, PA.
