The placement of archival records has been accelerating. Unfortunately, very little administrative or curatorial work has been done on the park archives. The contractor will be responsible for accessioning, cataloguing, sorting, organizing and cross-linking, filing and record-keeping, labeling, storing, and transferring of documents to appropriate preservation and use media, in such a manner as will meet the needs of the staff at Bandelier for research, exhibit, and educational purposes.
