The U.S.Postal Service is seeking potential vendors to provide comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling and services to approximately 7200 employees and their families in the St. Louis, MO area. The initial contract is for a two-year period, with options to renew for four additional two-year periods. The program will provide assessment and /or counseling, consultation and/or referrral to individuals experiencing a variety of personal problems. Referral follow-up activities, records management duties, clinical supervision, training sessions, and reporting requirements will be part of the program.
