Trade Commission requires the services of a Contractor who can provide
routine and daily administrative support services to full-time and
visiting United States Government employees in Bucharest, Romania under
an Inter-Agency Agreement with the United States Agency for
International Development, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the
Department of Justice (DOJ). The United States Government personnel
will require administrative support such as locating and furnishing
living quarters, translation and interpreting services, transportation,
etc. Key Contractor personnel must be knowledgeable of local cultures
and communicate well in english. It is anticipated that support
services will be required for eight months from 01 October 1998 through
31 May 1999. It is estimated that 2300 hours of effort will be
