Initial estimates of contract value are approximately $1 million per year. It is anticipated that contract performance will begin at contract award for a period of one year, with four one-year option periods. It is planned to conduct this acquisition using full and open competitive source selection procedures in accordance with AFFARS Appendix BB. 3.
