Provide commercial transportation service to and from various medical appointments for the contract period from 01 October 1998 thru 30 September 1999. Transportation is required Monday thru Friday for applicant processing at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), 8310 Vicar Drive, San Antonio TX. MEPS medical personnel shall call for transportation as required from MEPS to destination. Applicants shall call for returning transportation to MEPS as required after medical consultation is completed. A 20-40 minute response time is required.
