Y -- WILDOMAR EROSION CONTROL AND ROAD SURFACE TREATMENT SOL R5-12-98-2038 DUE 091198 POC Jennie Camacho, Procurement Assistant, 909-884-6634, x3092, Doug Hyde-Sato, Contracting Officer Project consists of reconditioning the existing native surface and to surface with a double chipseal 9.0 miles and pave 1.5 miles of the remaining unsurfaced 10.5 miles of the single lane, native surfaced Wildomar Road, 7S04 from the Wildomar Campground through to the Tenaja Trailhead. The approaches to the Los Alamos Canyon concrete Crossing and 1.5 miles west from the Tenaja Trailhead will be paved. The 1.5 mile portion will be placed over aggregate base and geotextile wrapped drain rock. Drainage components will be repaired, replaced or increased as needed. All outlets will be armored with small riprap energy dissipators. The subgrade will be graded and compacted, aggregate base be added to segments with less favorable soil. Estimated cost range of this project is $250,000 mto $500,000. SIC 1611. Scheduled issue date is August 12, 1998.
