This requirement is being solicited on a sole-source basis from Chandler May, Inc. 150 West Park Loop, Suite 110, Huntsville, AL 35806. Chandler is the manufacturer of the original equipment and has gone through extensive testing in a variety of field locations, and the chassis must be identical to the existing systems purchased by the U.S. Marine Corps for ADCP development production. Delivery is required F.O.B. NSWC Crane within 30 days after award. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
