provide support for the AF Clothing Division (HSC/YACM) Fit and
Validation Test of the women's overblouse. This effort includes program
management, testing on users (subjects), data base management and
analysis. Analyses will be conducted to refine fit requirements and
validate modifications to determine suitability of changes. Fit testing
will involve approximately 100 subjects, and validation/wear testing
approximately 175 subjects. Testing will take place at Wright-Patterson
AFB, OH. Period of performance is estimated 30 Sep 98 -- Jan 01. SIC
8741, size standard is $5 million. This is a commercial acquisition and
a 100% Small business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be posted on the
ASC PreAward Information Exchange System (PIXS) at Wright-Patterson Air
Force Base, Ohio (http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil). Anticipated issue of
the RFP is 14 Aug 98 (see address above). NO HARD COPIES WILL BE SENT.
