LIQUID SOIL STABILIZER 28 -- It is the intention of Fish & Wildlife Service, Denver, CO, 80225, to contract with Green Mountain International, Inc., 484 Melody Ln, Grand Junction, CO 80501, under the Commercial Item procedure for: quantity of 74 each, 50-gallon drums of liquid soil stabilizer, viscosity of no more than 30 CPS, ready to use, one component state, to be applied to existing soils made to solidify or consolidate granular soils and aggregate and be considered permanent; and, one pump flush for 55-gallon drum. This soil stabilizer is needed to improve and expand accessibility for Refuge trails and to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Concerns having the ability to furnish the products described herein are requested to give an affirmative response in writing (including telephone number for a point of contact) to the contracting office above within 15-days of publication. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
