Cunningham, 304-726-5047 The primary effort is to provide all the necessary labor, equipment, and material to construct a 2,000 foot extension to a current access road, approximately twenty feet wide with shoulders, guardrail, and associates utilities along a wooded hillside consisting primarily of limestone bedrock. The work may involve drilling and blasting activities to remove existing surfaces of limestone. This effort will include construction and electrical activities. Estimated range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid opening date is not firm, but will be approximately on or after October 9, 1998. Term of the contract will be 180 calendar days. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractor License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors.
