The work of this contract consists of consists of the general construction of (1) an asphalt road realignment including some curb and gutter, grass and tree planting, a small drip irrigation system, and grading for drainage; (2) road pavement overlays on existing roads and parking areas, with some new asphalt and gravel roads. Other types of work include drainage structures, parking area lighting, resetting brick pavers, wood handrail revisions, seeding, sodding, and planting trees and shrubs; and (3) widening concrete road by 4 feet, raising the grade of one end of the road to intersect with an existing street, and replacing tight curves in the road with larger radii.
