Remove any soil and backfill material contaminated by battery acid, to include all testing to determine limits of contamination for removal of soil, and dispose of contaminated materials and demolition debris. Bring sub-grade up to previous levels and place new concrete slab. New slab and adjacent existing concrete slab will received epoxy coating. Other work includes demolition, excavation, filling and backfilling for buildings, handling, storage and disposal of contaminated materials, structural concrete formwork, concrete reinforcement, cast-in- place structural concrete, joint sealing and painting. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1771 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
