The vehicle will be used as a mobile clinic, and shall be built to the specifications of drawings provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, AL. The vehicle shall contain the following; gas powered motor of at least 450 CID, GVWR of 18,000 pounds, generator, roof air conditioner, furnace (heat strips on A.C. unit), holding tank, escape window at back of vehicle blacked out (so no light will shine through), commercial grade carpet, built in cabnets with appliances, bathroom (sink and toilet), wheelchair lift, ect.
