The Contracting Office intends to procure under Other Than Full and Open Competition, as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1 modifications required to upgrade a Field Infantry Target System provided by Action Target Inc located at the Multi-Purpose Training Range, Fort McCoy, WI. Modifications to the target system will include 1)adding dual target capability to 50 meter targets, 2)adding target feedback capability at each target, and 3)substitution of current night light fixtures with upgraded and enhanced strobe lighting.
