69 -- TRAINING AIDS AND DEVICES -- FY2000 TRAINING SYSTEMS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES CONTRACT SOL N61339-98-R-0020 POC Anna Daly, 407-380-4067, Contracting Officer, Ronald Dillon, 407-380-8385 The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division has a requirement for training system development, modification, analysis, documentation, contractor logistics support and ancillary services for Naval Aviation Training Systems. This requirement will involve the acquisition of new training systems, the modification and upgrade of existing systems, as well as associated documentation, contractor logistics support, technical analysis and trainer relocations in support of PMA-205. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQC) with multiple awards is anticipated. Current estimates are that the ceiling cost of the acquisition will be $500,000,000 over an eight-year period. Orders will be placed competitively in accordance with FAR 16.504 (FAR references are available at www.gsa.gov/far/current). Orders will be placed on either a Firm Fixed Price or Cost Plus Fixed Fee basis. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for Lot I is 3699 and the respective small business size standard is 750 employees.
