ITEM NO. 3 -- ControlShell Software Maintenance. P/N CS/MC. Quantity: 25 EA Licenses for the period of 09/30/98-03/31/99. ITEM NO. 4 -- StethoScope Software Maintenance. P/N SS/MC. Quantity: 3 EA Licenses for the period of 05/01/98-03/31/99. ITEM NO. 5 -- StethoScope Software Maintenance. P/N SS/MC. Quantity: 25 EA Licenses for the period of 09/30/98-03/31/99. ITEM NO. 6 -- Network Data Delivery Service (NDDS) Software Maintenance. P/N ND/MC. Quantity: 1 EA License for the period of 06/01/98-03/31/99. Maintenance is to include technical support, software updates, and manual updates. NASA/KSC intends to purchase the items from Real-Time Innovations, Inc., 155A Moffett Park Dr., Suite 111, Sunnyvale, CA 94089. Real-Time Innovations, Inc., is the only known source that can meet the minimum requirements of the Government for this procurement. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested firms have two (2) days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after the two (2) days or without the required information will be considered nonresponsive to the synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
