A first article sample is required 10 days after receipt of the active ingredient from APHIS, with the first article sample produced at the same facility as the production quantity. This is a synopsis for request for proposal for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 15. This procurement will be awarded as a fixed price contract, FOB destination. Bids will be accepted for any or all of the requirements. Delivery is required by September 30, 1998. The copy of the solicitation, 66-M-APHIS-98, is to be released on or about July 31, 1998.
