The National Institutes of Standards and Technology's (NIST's), Center for Neutron Research has a requirement for several types of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite which will be used for Neutron Monochromators and Neutron Filters. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small business under SIC Code 3297 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government seeks to award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price type contracts. The anticipated period of performance is for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years. NIST will issue delivery orders on an as needed basis. The Government will place orders totaling a minimum of $5,000 for the base period and the amount of all orders will not exceed $400,000 for the life of the contract.
