Morford, Code 210.10, Contracting Officer, 904/542-1162 This requirement calls for the provision of non-personal technical services in support of the development of System 2000 (S2K) Automatic Quick Look (AQL) System for post mission analysis. Required services include technical input into the hardware design for the S2K; technical input into the software design and architecture for that system; participation in critical design reviews and configuration control for this system; preparation of system documentation and other technical materials; and conduct of workshops, symposiums and conferences concerning this system. To provide the level of support required the contractor must have a detailed knowledge of computer programming; knowledge of signal processing algorithms and techniques; knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of existing algorithms [including the enhanced Multi-Segment Tracker (EMST)]; knowledge of the performance requirement for the developmental system; and the ability to calculate Sound Pressure Levels (SPL) from raw time service data.
