Firm will be conducting principal lab service testing during construction of the Ambulatory Care Addition. The period of performance for this project is October 1998 -- commence construction through April 2001 -- estimate completion of construction. All interested firms should be registered professional engineers with no less than five (5) years experience in the type of testing required under this contract. Each person in charge of the laboratory testing, field testing, and inspection must have no less than one (1) year full time experience in the duties performed under this contract.
